LAYALI BOUTIQUE provides a STORE CREDIT as long as the product is received in new condition.
Any original freight/handling cost is deducted from your store credit if shipping was complimentary at checkout. Â

TO MAKE A RETURN REQUEST:
You have up to 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items, and the customer responsible to return it to the address provided with the RA#.

We accept returns for regular-priced items that are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. Laundered, smoked in, perfumed, stains, deodorant marks, used and worn items will not be accepted.
For eligible returns, we offer store credit in the form of a gift card , which can be used towards future purchases. Gift Cards are Valid for 2 years from the date of issuing.
Please note that cash refunds are not available.
Items paid by a Gift Card or a store credit are final sale.Â

Chargebacks:Â Any bank disputes resulting in store credit reactivation will incur a 50% reactivation fee and be re-issued remaining store credit immediately upon confirmation of bank resolution by customer.

Note: Threaten a business with a chargeback or a negative review in an effort to get them to change their policies or in an attempt to gain a financial benefit. Such actions can potentially be deemed as abusive and could have legal consequences.
