If you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you received from LAYALI Boutique, the Return Policy is as follows:
You must inform LAYALI Boutique within 72 hours of receiving your shipment in order to be eligible for a store credit.
- - Email us at returns@layaliboutique.com providing your order number and reasons for return. The following falls under our Terms and Conditions:
- - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All items will be checked that they are not worn, used, washed, or damaged and with the original tags, labels, and packaging.
- - The item(s) must be received into our warehouse within 14 days from delivery (As documented by a relevant courier). Returns received after 14 days of receipt will incur a 20% late fee.
- - Your store credit can be used for up to 2 years from date of issue.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange your item for another size, just email returns@layaliboutique.com. We will be happy to place a new order for you and provide you with a Return Authorization Code for your previous purchase following our standard return policy.

Shipping Returns
Email us at returns@layaliboutiqe.com immediately after receiving your dress (within 48 hours) and send the item/s back to the address that we will provide you. Do not ship the dresses back to the address on the box. It will NOT be processed if you ship the items back to sender.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any duties or customs incurred for international orders are non-refundable. When returning with LAYALI Boutique we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
International Clients
Given the time for transit, we extend the Return Authorization period to 10 business days. Please note, shipping and/or duties are the responsibility of the client and are non-creditable upon return. For international clients, we will not reimburse any shipping charges or any taxes and duties paid during the time of purchase. Returns received after 30 days of receipt will incur a 20% late fee. Layali Boutique accepts no risk of merchandise loss due to international shipments.
Order Cancellation, Damaged Product, Disputes, & Refused Packages
If you wish you cancel your order after placing your order online, you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee and issued a monetary refund.
If your order has already shipped, it will be considered as an original purchase and processed as any other return following our store policies.
Client has 48 hours after delivery to inform us if any products they received are damaged/defective or wrong items.
Any refused shipments will incur a 25% penalty and issued a store credit.
Any bank disputes resulting in a store credit reactivation will incur a 30% reactivation fee and be re-issued remaining store credit immediately upon confirmation of bank resolution by the client.
